The cookies listed under "Strictly necessary" in the table above do not require your consent because they are essential to the Platform's core functionality. Specifically:
eq_age_ok — If we cannot persist your age-gate confirmation, the overlay must be shown on every page load to comply with our 18+ access restriction. Disabling this cookie would significantly impair your experience.eq_consent_v2 — We must remember your consent choices to avoid presenting the cookie banner on every visit and to honour your opt-in or opt-out decisions under PIPEDA and Loi 25. Without this, we cannot implement consent-mode correctly.We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate usage patterns — which pages are most popular, how long visitors engage with games, and how the Platform performs on different device types. Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*, _gid) are only set if you click "Accept Analytics" in the cookie-consent banner, or if you have previously accepted. We use Google's Consent Mode v2 to ensure no analytics data is transmitted before your consent is obtained.

Other than Google Analytics (described above), we do not knowingly allow third-party cookies on the Platform. Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature that signals to websites that you prefer not to be tracked. As there is no consistent industry standard for DNT signals, ArcticLodge currently does not alter its cookie practices based on DNT signals. Our default position — analytics cookies off until you consent — already reflects a privacy-first default that aligns with the intent of DNT.
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, for example when we introduce new features that use additional cookies, or in response to changes in applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be notified by resetting the consent banner so returning users can review and re-confirm their choices.
