ArcticLodge reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform or any feature thereof at any time without notice, without liability to you.
ArcticLodge may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, the licence granted in Section 4 ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 5, 10, 11, 14, and 15.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the City of Vancouver, British Columbia. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. If you are a Quebec resident, you may also have additional rights under Quebec consumer-protection law.
Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ArcticLodge regarding the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. Assignment: You may not assign or transfer any rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. ArcticLodge may assign its rights without restriction.
